NYRLCA AUXILIARY SCHOLARSHIP UPDATES
There are Three State Scholarships this year. THE NYRLCA MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP, THE COLLEGE BOOK FUND SCHOLARSHIP and THE KNAPP FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP.
Applicant must be the Carrier, a spouse, child, grandchild or a great grandchild of a Rural Letter Carrier and Parent or spouse MUST be a member of the Family Dues Plan for one full year and don’t request an auxiliary dues refund for this period of time.
If you would like scholarship forms, Please contact Lorna Delles or any of the Auxiliary Board Members. We will be happy to mail them to you or you can check out the NYRLCA website.
Remember the NYRLCA Auxiliary Scholarships deadline is to be postmarked by June 1, 2024 There are also National Scholarships available. Please check out the NRLCA website, the national scholarships deadline is to be postmarked by March 1, 2024.
Reminder:
1. You can apply for all scholarships.
2. When sending your enrollment letter and the scholarship forms you can use one envelope.
3. Please have them postmarked by June 1, 2024 for NYRLCA or March 1, 2024 for NRLCA.
