The Eastern States Conference will be held Friday March 20, 2026-Sunday March 22, 2026, at The Holiday Inn
North Beach, 3900 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach, Va 23451. The Room rate will be $124 a night for double
occupancy plus taxes. Maximum occupancy for each room is 4 people. The rate includes complimentary parking
and wi-fi. The discounted rate is applicable 3 days pre & post based on availability. For hotel reservations,

Hotel reservations must be made by February 20, 2026, to receive the group rate. All reservations must
be accompanied by the first night’s room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card.
Registration for the conference is $50 per person. Registration for non-conference guests wishing to participate in
breakfasts and all other program activities is $50 per person. The deadline for registering is March 10, 2026.
Registrations received after March 10th or “at the door” will be $60 for conference attendees and $60 for non-
conference guests. Registration includes a continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and all program
activities.
The Executive Committee meeting will be Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 6 PM.
