Queensbury Hotel, 2027 Eastern States Conference Site
The Eastern States Conference will be held Friday March 12, 2027-Sunday March 14, 2027, at The Queensbury Hotel, 88 Ridge St, Glen Falls, NY 12801. Room rates vary from $129 to $199 depending on your needs. The rate includes complimentary parking and Wi-Fi. The discounted rate is applicable 3 days pre & post conference based on availability.
For hotel reservations, call 518-792-1121 (Rural Letter Carriers’ Eastern States Conference) Online reservations can be made on thequeensburyhotel.com website using Group Code RLCEAST27. All reservations must be made by March 9, 2027, to receive the group rate. Reservations must be accompanied by the first night’s room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card.
Overflow hotel: Fairfield Inn, 21 Big Boom Rd, Queensbury, NY. Rates: $139-$189. Ph# 518-832-4056. Reservations must be made at Fairfield Inn no later than February 11, 2027.
Registration is $50 for both conference and non-conference attendees. The deadline for registering is March 5,2027. Registrations received after March 5th or “at the door” will be $60. Registration includes a continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and all program activities.
The Executive Committee meeting will be Thursday, March 11,2027, at 6 PM.
