All disputes must include documentation. At a bare minimum all disputes should have a copy of the 4241A and all three pages of the 4241M.
Including the dispute page, every dispute should be a minimum of 5 pages.
Please ensure management mails all disputes to each party with tracking no later than April 24, 2026.
